You can inquire while evaluating a property, under contract, or already in ownership. Share the city or area and where you are in the process so the team can understand the site context.

What types of projects do you take on?

Guinovart's work includes ground-up private residences, major renovations, roofing and envelope work, and design-build coordination. Your location, scope, investment range and timing help establish whether a project is a fit.

Can I bring an architect or existing plans?

Yes. Let us know which consultants are involved and whether you have concepts, drawings or permit documents. You can include a link with your inquiry, or discuss the documents as a next step.

Guinovart focuses on private residential work on the Florida coast. Include your project's city or county in the inquiry so the team can confirm service availability for your specific site.

How are project cost and timing established?

Both depend on the property, design, scope, approvals and selections. An initial investment range helps start the conversation; project-specific pricing and scheduling follow a review of the actual work.

Do you accept cryptocurrency payments?

Yes. Guinovart accepts cryptocurrency for approved project payments, alongside check, wire and ACH. Payment arrangements are confirmed privately for contracted project milestones.
